Team/Shift Leader

Team Leaders are essential to fulfill and inspire team members to execute the business strategy by striving to "WOW" our guests by providing remarkable experiences and maintaining operational excellence.  At Chick-fil-A, the Team Leader role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity! Duties and Responsibilities:

Be purposeful in living out the Create Raving Fan Strategy, which includes:

• Works with Leadership Team to ensure appropriate staffing levels

• Execute Operational Excellence:

  • Speed of Service, Accuracy of Order, Attentive & Courteous & Cleanliness

  • Drive Second Mile Service (2MS) by Delivering WOW Experiences

  • Go beyond everyday expectations by Anticipating Needs

• Must love working in a team environment and building strong effective teams

• Hold team members accountable through effective coaching and communication

• Treats all team members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.

• Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store; Verifies completion of all operational assessment tools

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.

• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

• Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures

• All other duties as assigned

• Understand the federal and local health code regulations (willingness to take certification exam)

 

Schedule Requirement:

• Full Time: 40 hours per week (for day and/or night shifts)

• Part Time: 20+ Hours per week (for day and/or night shifts)
