Restaurant Director

  • Experience as a leader in the customer service industry preferred

  • Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team

  • Experience as a leader in food service operations preferred

  • Strong Computer skills (Excel, Word, Publisher)


Duties and Responsibilities:

Be purposeful in living out the Create Raving Fan Strategy, which includes:

  • Work with the Owner/Operator to execute the business strategy

  • Execute Operational Excellence:

    • Speed of Service, Accuracy of Order, Attentive & Courteous & Cleanliness

    • Drive Second Mile Service (2MS) by Delivering WOW Experiences

    • Go beyond everyday expectations by anticipating needs

  • Achieve business results through focus and action on tactical objectives and tasks

  • Works with executive team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels

  • Must love working in a team environment and building strong effective teams

  • Hold team members accountable through effective coaching and communication

  • Treats all team members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.

  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store; Verifies completion of all operational assessment tools

  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

  • Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome

  • Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures

  • All other duties as assigned

  • Works 40-50 hours per week in the restaurant

  • Be 18+ years old


Job Type:  Full-time

Salary:  $20.00-22.00 per hour


  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

  • Hospitality Management Focus (Preferred)
