Leadership Development Program

*This role is designed specifically for upcoming or recent college graduates.*

 

The Chick-fil-A Parma Leadership Development Program gives high capacity graduates, hands on leadership experience with an industry leading brand. Designed to give emerging leaders the ability to figure out who they are, what their passions are and what they are capable of doing- all while working to further develop their leadership toolkit.

 

Participants rotate through various Restaurant Director roles during an 18-24 month period refining skill sets that include: supply chain management, sales and brand growth, financial return, and people development.

Our Restaurant Directors are the cornerstones of our leadership team that oversee their specific area: drive-thru, kitchen or guest experience operations and catering to ensure execution of Chick-fil-A service and quality standard. These individuals have a heart for servant leadership, seeks to do everything with excellence and develop the team around them. It is our belief that leaders serve best, working alongside our team in the day to day operations. Providing remarkable experiences with operational excellence and desire to have a positive impact are all minimum requirements for this position. This position requires to be present with the team and guest, with limited office hours.  

 

  • Work with the Owner/Operator and Executive Director to execute the business strategy

  • Execute Operational Excellence:

    • Speed of Service, Accuracy of Order, Attentive & Courteous & Cleanliness

    • Drive Second Mile Service (2MS) by Delivering WOW Experiences

    • Go beyond everyday expectations by anticipating needs

  • Achieve business results through focus and action on tactical objectives and tasks

  • Works with executive team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels

  • Must love working in a team environment and building strong effective teams

  • Hold team members accountable through effective coaching and communication

  • Treats all team members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.

  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store; Verifies completion of all operational assessment tools

  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

  • Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome

  • Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures All other duties as assigned
